Overview

This project documents a Windows Server domain lab built for hands-on systems administration practice.

Goal

Create a working domain and practice common support and administration tasks.

Process

  1. Install Windows Server.
  2. Configure static networking.
  3. Install Active Directory Domain Services.
  4. Create users, groups, and organizational units.
  5. Configure Group Policy.
  6. Practice password resets, DNS, DHCP, and domain joins.

Challenges and Troubleshooting
